We offer Free Delivery for all orders over £50. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched that same day.
All our UK deliveries are sent Royal Mail First Class, this does not guarantee next day delivery. Therefore your item will be with you within three working days.
UK postage costs will vary on your order size and weight, but the standard cost is as follows:
Standard Delivery - 48 hours
£3.99 or FREE if you spend over £50.
Next Day GUARANTEED Delivery
£6.99 - For guaranteed next day delivery your order must be placed before 2pm. This also guarantees Saturday delivery if you order Friday.
Your order can be delivered at any time and a signature may be required on large orders. If you are not available to receive your order then the teller will leave a delivery card which mean you will be able to collect it (usually from you local Postal Sorting Office).
Here at loveclothing.com we delivery right across the globe. For orders being shipped to Europe, delivery should arrive between 4-6 days. For orders outside of Europe then expect delivery to be between 6-12 days.
INTERNATIONALLY SIGNED FOR (ISF)
We STRONGLY ADVISE that you process your order via (ISF). We offer all international deliveries the chance to have your order 'Internationally signed for' for an extra £4.99 meaning a signature is required upon delivery. We strongly advise that you take this option, with out your order being 'Internationally signed for, your order has no insurance of arrival whereas if your order is 'Internationally signed for' it ensures a tracking number and increases the security and safe delivery of your item.
We also advise that if your order is 'Internationally signed for' then you make sure somebody is at the destination address, this could be a home, work or relatives address. This just helps decrease the remote chance that your order gets lost or tampered with during its travels to you.

I HAVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality products, however if the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent then we strive to sort the problem out straight away. The easiest way to do this is to fill out the returns policy form which will have been sent with your order and then return the product to us. However, if your still not sure then you can take a look at our RETURNS POLICY and return the product using the information supplied and lastly if you still need assistance then you can do this by contacting our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you through the process.
I HAVE A MISSING ITEM IN MY ORDER?
On some occasions some items will not all be sent in the same delivery. Check your delivery note to be sure that you have received the correct items. Any other items will be dispatched as soon as they are ready.
If your delivery note states that an item is supposed to be in your order then please contact our customer services team at email@example.com and we will be happy to correct the fault. Please state your name, order number and missing item in your email.

We offer a highly efficient returns service for our customers which means if you return an item for a refund or exchange it will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund we do not cover the cost of you returning the item back to us although you return an order to us for an exchange we will despatch your exchange(s) for free.
From when you receive your order, you have 7 days to decide if you want to return any item/s and notify us by email. If you decide you want to refund or exchange, then the return process is simple;

Order Status & Tracking
We now deliver to over 100 countries around the world! Below is information on how to understand your order process, how to track your order, pricing and general information.
HAS YOUR ORDER BEEN DESPATCHED YET?
Your order status will remain at 'PENDING' until we have despatched it. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it's status will change to 'SENT'. Once despatched you will receive a conformation email letting you know your item is on its way.
The team in the warehouse work very hard to get your item dispatched on the same day, so be aware that you may receive an email at any time.
Once your item has been dispatched it will arrive within the timescale we have provided.
If you would like to track your order you can simply log in to your love clothing account to see your orders progress. This will tell you whether your order is ‘pending’ – meaning it is still in the process leading up to its dispatch. Or your orders status will be ‘sent’ – which means your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once it has been dispatched you can track your order via Royal Mail. In the email you will have received stating your order has been dispatched there will be a tracking number which you can log into Royal Mail here -

We accept American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Visa Delta/Debit, Vias Electron UK Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Japan Credit Bureau and Amazon payments.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. You will only be charged once the goods have been despatched to the delivery address. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check out stage. We may also use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Credit Reference Agency or Fraud Prevention Scheme. You will need to create an account in order to shop with us. This will only take a minute and once set up you'll be able to:

1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by hovering over either the Mens or Womens category tabs at the top of the page and then selecting one of the links: eg. SHOES, DRESSES etc. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link, you can check out our very own BLOG, our seasonal COLLECTIONS and even the LATEST LOOKS through the links at the top of the site. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage.
2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the size you want and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button.
3. Once in the 'MY BAG' section you can chose your quantity and then either click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button, or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'PAY'.
4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'PAY' to complete your order. You will be able to use the 'REMOVE THIS ITEM' button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR ITEM/S?
There are a few ways you can search for a product on our site. The easiest and most fun way is to browse your ways through the categories, so for example, you may click on shirts and then this will bring up our whole range of shirts, from there you can then refine your search even further to specific colours, price and size. This way you might even spot other similar items which catch your attention as you browse.
Alternatively you can simply type what you are looking for into the search bar which will eliminate any other products!
HAS MY ORDER BEEN DESPATCHED YET?
To check if your item has been dispatched yet, simply log in to your account and you can check your order status. If your order has been despatched then you will have received an email stating this. Every order that leaves our warehouse automatically sends an email to the purchaser letting them know their order has been dispatched.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?
We understand how frustrating it can be when you see an item that you love, go back the following day to purchase it and it is no longer available.
Because we like to keep our stock fresh and up to date with trends this occurrence may happen from time to time. We suggest that if you like an item you be quick to purchase it, instead of losing out. If you would like a similar item you can always type the product into the search bar and see what products come close.
In some cases it may be that we are simply waiting for the product to arrive back in stock.
